At the moment, Arun Mishra is attending Azim Premji University to complete his second master's degree, which is in Development. He has around three years of experience working in the community service sector. He saw the completion of both his degree in Mathematics from -ABVV-Bilaspur(Chhattisgarh) and the Leadership Foundational Course that was offered by the TISS -NUSSD Mumbai,. In 2019, he became a fellow of the Gandhi Fellowship program and spent the next two years working to improve the quality of education in government schools in the states of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. In this capacity, he has collaborated extensively with the administrators of the education department at all levels, In this capacity, he has collaborated extensively with the administrators of the education department on all levels, up to and including the district. His some of assignments are: Bala, Library, Mushroom Cultivation, and Community Study Center. During the fellowship and during COVID 19, "Saksham Bitiya Abhiyan" run by NITI Aayog and Piramal Foundation, "Surakshit Dada Dadi Nana Nani Abhiyan", social interaction with teachers and block level officials has worked on Social Emotion Ethical Learning, Pragayta Guideline, NEP, and other related topics. In 2021, a campaign for social security schemes that was operated by the UNDP in collaboration with “Udyogini Sansthan” reached the people at the district level. This campaign also linked the people of Vulnerable Society to the lucrative programs that were administered by the government. Work focusing specifically on labour, has been done over the course of this program collaboration with the State NITI Aayog, the State Labour Department, and the District Administration. Have done internship at aga Khan Rural Support Program Gujarat and Aamhi Aamchya Arogyasathi Maharashtra.

Ranjan has more than ten (10) years of experience in teaching, training, counselling, working as an administrator, working as a consultant, and independently handling projects and programmes for various institutes. These institutes include Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF)-Piramal Foundation of Education Leadership, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (TISS)-National University Student's Skill Development Program (NUSSD), Magadh University-SMSG College, Bihar-India. Mritunjay has completed his postgraduate work in information technology (IT) with flying colours, and he is now working for a doctoral degree in Information Technology and Computer Sciences. In addition to this, he has finished a variety of certificate courses and training programmes from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bharti Vidyapeeth, and the Swayam-Govt. of India.
