Anishk is committed to protect users’ privacy. We understand and appreciate the concerns of visitors and users of its website about their privacy, confidentiality, and the security of any information that may be provided by them to Anishk.

Without prejudice to Anishk’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach any terms and conditions in any way of this Privacy Policy, Anishk may take such action as Anishk deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website, and/or bringing legal proceedings against you.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and interpreted and construed in accordance with, Indian Law. The jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be the District Court  of Korba, Chhattisgarh, and the High Court of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India, and each of the parties hereto submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.

Anishk may revise this Privacy Policy from time-to-time, at our sole discretion without prior notification. The terms of this Policy may change, and if it does, these changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate. The revised privacy policy will be effective as of the date it is published on this website. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, kindly review the policy periodically.

EMAIL

Email correspondence sent to Anishk is treated as a record and will be retained as required by law. The name and address details of senders are neither added to a mailing list nor disclosed to third parties without the consent of the sender, unless required by law.
